Software Engineer, Platform
You will build the platform our agents run on.
This is the infrastructure layer for company-building agents: execution, state, tools, permissions, reliability, observability, and verification. Your work will make it possible for AI systems to find demand, acquire customers, deliver work, and turn activity into trusted records the rest of EICO can build on.
What you’ll own:
- 01The runtime and APIs behind EICO’s company-building agents.
- 02Core backend services for workflows, tool execution, state, permissions, and auditability.
- 03Systems that help verify what agents did, what happened next, and whether the work produced value.
- 04The platform primitives researchers, engineers, and incubation teams depend on every day.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience building and operating production distributed systems.
- Strength in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or equivalent backend systems.
- Strong taste in APIs, architecture, data models, and operational simplicity.
- Comfortable owning systems end to end: design, implementation, deployment, reliability, and debugging.
- Treats security, correctness, and observability as product features.
- Can work close to AI systems without needing to be an ML researcher.
- High-agency engineer who ships clean, dependable systems.
